Situation:
Our business 2 years ago was doing high revenue turnover with low Nett profitability over that period we have introduced systems and processes empowering our team with greater decision capability and on the flip side greater accountability for those decisions. Through the implementation of process we have reduced high overhead staff and replaced them with productive staff on the customers premise. Through this struggle we came into a year of economic down turn fighting fit and are now seeing our revenue grow, a greater customer experience grow, staffing levels grow all resulting in greater Nett profitability “A better than Good Year”. We have seen our confidence grow and in the distant future we believe we will come exit the recession as a heavy weight contender dominating the market.
Our involvement with NB Coach has been extremely beneficial to both my personal and business activities. One on one coaching sessions have given me greater communication skills that have enabled me to resolve conflict and create a positive environment in both my personal and professional lives.
I have been able to quantify through the results we have seen in my personal life with greater quality time with family members; in my professional life I have seen improvement of our gross profit by 80% and an improvement in our revenue targets by up to 10% in what is a depressed market. I have seen the culture within our business grow to a point where staff owns their responsibilities knowing they will be remunerated for efforts or challenged on non performance.
Equally I have seen great improvement in my with my personal relationships through effective communication; whilst diet and exercise are challenging I have seen improvement in all areas of life.
I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for all you input and encouragement over the last 18 months where we have gone from scrapping the bottom of the barrel to soaring with eagles. I see new and fresh opportunities on a regular basis.
