The NBCoach Alumni network offers you all the benefits of a powerful peer network, but with much less time and cost commitment.
Our Alumni Programme builds on the peer network concept while maintaining access to all the other NBC support. We’ve set up a group on the North Shore as a pilot which has made a great start, and now we’re looking to establish them in Auckland City, Hamilton and Tauranga.
The NBC Alumni groups will meet every three weeks, and use the NBCoach Goal Getter as a way of tracking progress. Every six weeks, I will facilitate and mentor the session, and the focus will be on reviewing your progress towards your major goals, identifying obstacles to achievement, and strategies for resolving those obstacles. This is an opportunity to step right out of the business as usual and lift our sights to the bigger goals that we should be aiming for.
I see my role as challenging you when I perceive you are limiting your own business and personal horizons. I want to inspire you to achieve ever greater things in your life and business, and I can best do that by giving you new ideas for your business, challenging your thinking and holding you to a higher standard of accountability. Too often I see business owners limit themselves. My job is to guide you towards solutions, based on my experience, and get you to think about the bigger possibilities.
The Alumni Programme offers the chance for direct and personal feedback and guidance that is difficult to gain from the main programme because of the numbers involved. Along the way, you’ll hear what I’ve learned from my own research and case studies with other business owners. And of course, you’ll be making public commitments that the others in the group will be able to assist you with in the regular session.
In addition, you’ll continue to receive the interviews on CD with experts and leaders (the “Voice of Experience”), our monthly “Work Less Make More Report”, and the articles that I either write myself or come across in my reading. You’ll be kept informed of the topics of upcoming NBCoach Workshop days and other special events we’re running. Graduates can attend them free of charge, and there's a daily fee for non-graduates.
Having spoken with a number of members we’ve developed the ideal programme for people who want to continue to be involved with a peer network, but at a different level. This is the perfect tool to help you leverage the knowledge you’ve already gained and take it to the next level, but with much less time commitment.
